We are pleased to submit this letter summarizing our chapter charitable activities and community outreach efforts conducted over the past sorority calendar year.

As a mission-driven organization committed to helping those in need, supporting multiple local and national organizations. We have organized and participated in a series of impactful events that have made a measurable difference in the lives of those we serve. Below is a summary of our charitable events and initiatives from September 2024 through August 2025.

• In October 2024 we sold two sheets of football squares each square sold was $10.00 for a total of $2,000.00 after 8 winners were paid out, our total profit was $1,000.00. Our member that oversaw this fundraiser spent a total of 17 hours with no upfront costs. We also installed a new member to our chapter at our October meeting. So excited to have her!

• In November 2024 we sold two sheets each square sold was $10.00 for a total of $2,000.00 after 8 winners were paid out, our total profit was $1,230.00, including $230.00 in donations. Our member that oversaw this fundraiser spent a total of 17 hours with no upfront costs. We also installed a new member to our chapter at our November meeting. So excited to have her! A member sold items at the 2024 Convention wares fares and donated profits of $225.00 to our chapter.

• In December 2024 we sponsored a family in need of our help to provide a Christmas for their children. Members were assigned to shop for the children; we were able to purchase so many of the items on their list we also purchased a gift card for food and other necessities. Members delivered the gifts, and the mother was overwhelmed with joy and tears from our generosity and commitment to help others when they are in need. We hosted our monthly meeting and annual Holiday get together. This is a time that we all enjoy gathering to reflect on the past year and our

  charitable endeavors. We eat, drink, and exchange a small gift with one another too!

• In February 2025 we sold three football sheets each square sold was $10.00 for a total of $3,000.00 after 12 winners were paid out, our total profit was $1,500.00. Our member that oversaw this fundraiser spent a total of 21 hours with no upfront costs.

• In March 2025 we sold 50/50 tickets at our local Moose Lodge. We collected $130.00 and our total profit was $65.00 which benefited local charities we support. The total time spent on this fundraising event was 1 hour. Members attended Founder’s Day to celebrate Sigma Beta with

  other local chapters. Also, in March 2025 we hosted a bowling fundraising event with 90 participants to raise funds for our local police department’s food pantry. The cost was $25.00 per bowler; we received $115.00 in donations and raised $705.00 in 50/50 sales. One of our members won the 50/50 drawing but donated the money back to our cause. After paying for bowling and pizza for each team our total profit was $1,990.00, total time spent on this fundraising event was 7 hours. March also allows us to participate in March Madness (basketball brackets), we sold 20 brackets at $10.00 each for a total profit of $200.00; the total time spent on this fundraising event was 5 hours.

• In April, members traveled to attend the 2025 Province meeting. Our chapter submitted a local ongoing charity organization at the meeting and was awarded $500.00. After returning from the Province meeting, our chapter voted to increase our Province donation so that if there are multiple submissions, we can possibly fund them all.

• In August 2025 three of our members volunteered their time to help support one of our local ongoing charity golf outings from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are proud of the progress made and deeply grateful to volunteers, family members, and supporters who made each of these efforts possible. As we continue our mission into the coming year, we remain committed to fostering a culture of service, equity, and compassion.
